Validation data providers are asked to report results to the validation scientist monthly during the period of validation (up until the validation workshop at launch + 9 months). Significant and important results can also be reported at any other time.

Deadline dates for report submissions are:

First report at the start of data acquisition - may have few or no results to report at this stage. 1st June 2002

Report covering first month of validation activities 1st July 2002

Report covering second month of validation activities 1st August 2002

Report for the Commissioning Phase Workshop: should be more detailed, including a summary of all results to date. 23rd August 2002 (two weeks before workshop)
5
Report covering fourth month of validation activities 1st October 2002
6
Report covering fifth month of validation activities 1st November 2002
7
Final report and presentation, for validation workshop. This should cover all validation work performed. 22nd November 2002 (two weeks before workshop)

 

Monthly reports should be made using the validation template available in word or pdf form. They should be emailed to the validation scientist or uploaded onto the AATSR webboard.
